The 40 Decisions Every Principal Must Make gives examples of the "Big" (values, purpose, visions) with "LIttle" (behaviors habits, priorities) every principal needs to confront each and every day they lead. For example, knowing your purpose is a "Big" decision and knowing how to walk down the corridor and use body language is a "Little" decision.
